Dr Erica Steele has many titles, degrees, and certifications in the healing arts.She has been involved in spiritual and natural healing for more than 20 years and has been professionally in natural healthcare for 18 years. She is a holistic doctor in family practice as well as a yoga and mediation teacher. She completed her 200 hour Hatha Yoga Teacher Training in 2010 at Atma Bodha Yoga where she learned the basics of teaching yoga and began a formal path of teaching yoga as well as mediation. She has practiced yoga for many years various disciplines to include Integral Yoga, Ashtanga, Power Yoga, and Hot Yoga. In 2018, she found Kundalini Yoga and participated in a 220 hour Level One Aquarian Teacher Training and became KRI Certified as a level one trainer. Kundalini Yoga seemed to embody the spiritual, mental, and emotional connection that she had been seeking. She now incorporates her many experiences with yoga, healing, and meditation into a two hour class designed to transform a person spiritually, mentally, emotionally, as well as physically. She looks to create a challenging class that stretches you, while also leaving you feeling refreshed, revitalized, and restored for the future week ahead.
