Yoga for the body, mind, spirit and brain
Our brains are always busy busy busy. Sometimes busy on productive things, and most of the times busy on not so productive things. In this yoga class, we will look at the brain objectively. We will explore thoughts at a distance, disconnect from our emotional bodies using our breath, movement, and mantra.
We will build the kundalini energy up the spine, through the chakras, and up to the crown of the head to our connection to the creator. Feel energized, relaxed, and soothed while being able to disconnect from your thoughts in this 90 mins class.
Beginners welcome, please bring your mat and an open mind.
