We designed a family practice with you in mind. We wanted to build a practice that protects medical freedom, while also focusing on self-empowerment to teach you how to take control of your health. We believe that your health is your responsibility and with our guidance, we are confident that we can help you achieve your health goals.

Optimize Body And Mind

Week 1: Basics of Nutrition

Learn the basics of building healthy nutrition. Learn about what goes into eating heathy, and what stops people from eating healthy, and the mindset around healthy eating.

Health Hacks

Week 2: Nuts and Bolts of Eating Healthy.

Learn about the role of metabolic rate, macros, carbohydrates, proteins, and fats. Understand each of these items and how to calculate your healthy numbers.

Empowering Morning Rituals

Week 3: Build Upon What We Learn

Learn how to formulate healthy meals for yourself, and learn about specific macro splits, what they are used for, and how to optimize your diet based on your goals.

Week 4: The Final Week!

Learn about popular fad diets. The pros, cons, and understanding the role of these diets. This is final question week and will be held live, with Q+A.


I initially sought out Dr. Erica with a goal of using a holistic approach to restoring balance to my physical health and well-being. I wasn’t sure what to expect.
