Its that time of year again, when we begin our raw food as medicine classes, starting with our first of the year titled. Change your Food, Save your Life. In this class we will discuss the ills of not eating, and the habits that we begin to fall into when we are eating (or not eating) including relief from symptoms of Hypoglycemia. We will be focused on four protein packed snack dishes to keep our glucose kicking into the new year. This is a fun, educational, and relaxed class filled with good times and good food. The class lasts two hours long and includes all the recipes to take home with you.
