This structured stretching plan, the 12 days of stretching stretches all of your major muscle groups to include hip opening, chest opening, and limber limbs. There are many benefits of stretching your body consistently. This plan delivers through your app and via email every day so that you can follow along to get more limber. As you become more limber, you prevent injuries, increases blood flow, circulation, and reduce pain or tension. This is an excellent preventative 12 days of stretching plan to ensure that your body stays limber. You can add ice, heat, and or topical agents to help your body.
