This is an intermediate plan for those who work out at a gym or have the equipment necessary to follow this plan at home. (bench, dumbbells, a barbell and weights, and some gym equipment) Recommended for healthy clients or patients who are conditioned but want to lose body fat and get in better shape. Not for people with physical restrictions such as knee or back injuries or other medical restrictions. The plan is delivered to email daily and viewable on BodySite as well. Text message delivery is optional.
