Holistic Nutrition is a 4 Week Nutrition Course designed to help you get into the mindset of healthy eating. This 4 week’s training will break down how to eat, how to meal plan, how to grocery shop, the mindset around healthy eating, and the pros and cons of many fad diets. This course is designed to help you to achieve success in healthy eating.



Week 1: Basics of Nutrition – Learn the basics of building healthy nutrition. Learn about what goes into eating healthy, what stops people from eating healthy, and the mindset around healthy eating.

Week 2: Nuts and Bolts of eating healthy. Learn about the role of metabolic rate, macros, carbohydrates, proteins, and fats. Understand each of these items and how to calculate your healthy numbers

Week 3: Build upon what we learn. Learn how to formulate healthy meals for yourself, and learn about specific macro splits, what they are used for, and how to optimize your diet based on your goals.

Week 4: The final week! Learn about popular fad diets. The pros, cons, and understanding of the role of these diets. This is final question week and will be held live, with Q+A.
