This plan is broken down to educate you about how to create an exercise plan for you, some suggested plans,  along with a progressive exercise plan from beginner to advanced.



This plan begins with teaching you how to structure your exercise plan and then lays out proposed plans from beginner plans, intermediate plans, and advanced workout plans. They are delivered as daily workouts and include several rest days as well as stretching exercises to keep you balanced. Basic exercise has many health benefits including strengthening the body, maintaining weight, mood, as well as overall health and well being. The practice of exercise helps support the bodies metabolism and allows for the body to continue to be healthy and strong for years to come while improving mobility and overall function. This plan on exercise is designed to provide you daily updates, and information to help you ease into the exercise process. It is important that in the beginning of any new regimen that you check with your healthcare provider to ensure that you are healthy enough to perform rigorous activity. This daily plan is delivered through an app as well as via email to introduce you to the process of exercise.
