The vegetarian diet is designed to help you transition into a vegetarian diet in an easy manner. The participant is sent meal plans everyday via an app and email for 30 days. This meal plan includes recipes that are vegetarian and balanced nutrition. These recipes include proteins, fats, and carbohydrates. These are also easy with grocery lists, and the ability to look days in advance for easy meal planning. These are delicious and nutritious meals to help either revamp your current vegetarian diet or to completely change your diet to a vegetarian diet. Vegetarian diets are also referred to as plant based diets, that do not include meat based products.
