And so we’re really focusing this month on our heart.
So your heart is incredibly important because it’s responsible for pumping blood throughout your body, which provides body cells, excuse me, provides the body cells with oxygen as well as nutrients. A healthy heart is essential for maintaining. Your overall health and wellbeing. So when the heart’s not functioning properly, it can lead to a number of serious health conditions such as heart disease, stroke, and even heart failure.
Additionally, poor heart health can increase the risk of our health conditions, such as diabetes, hypertension, and obesity. So therefore, it is important to take. Steps to maintain a heart health in order to reduce the risk of these conditions and to improve your overall health and quality of life. You cannot live without a heart.
It’s one of our vital organs. So it’s really important to maintain your health, so especially your heart health, so that it will pump the blood throughout your body, which provides rich oxygen and nutrients, as well as it allows for detoxification as the old oxygen, or excuse me, the new oxygen brings in, and then it helps eliminate.
So it’s really a transport system back and forth, and so we really wanna make sure that we’re optimizing that transportation through our blood, exchanging oxygen for carbon dioxide, and exchanging nutrients for toxins.
